Melanie Byrne

Melanie Byrne is recognised as one of Australia’s best Acrobatic gymnasts – with the international results to further back those claims up.

Byrne won four consecutive titles in the Australian Gymnastics Championship from 2009 to 2012, including two senior titles. In addition to those senior titles, Byrne also recorded an impressive fifth place in the 2012 World Championships in the USA, as well as a sixth placing in the Flanders International Acro Cup in Belgium.

She followed up that result with a third in the following year’s tournament, before finishing sixth in the World Games in Columbia in 2013.
