Anna O'Shea

Appointed Director

Anna O’Shea was appointed to the Gymnastics Australia Board in 2015 and is the Chair of the Recruitment and Remuneration Committee, and a Member of the Cheerleading and Finance, Risk and Audit Committees.

Ms O’Shea is a commercial lawyer with over 15 years’ experience in top tier private practice and in-house corporate roles, in Sydney and abroad.  She has held ASX listed company legal and governance positions across a range of industries, advising clients in the US and the Asia Pacific region.

Ms O’Shea currently holds the position of Vice President, People and Culture, Legal and Compliance, Asia Pacific for Cochlear Limited.   As a member of the Asia Pacific executive team, Ms O’Shea is responsible for the development and guided implementation of Cochlear’s Asia Pacific strategic plan.

Ms O’Shea shares Gymnastics Australia’s vision of enriching lives through gymnastics and is passionate about the promotion, development and growth of gymnastics for the enjoyment of all.
