Sarah Cunningham

Elected Director

Sarah Cunningham was elected to the Gymnastics Australia Board in July 2020.

Sarah is currently a Business Development Manager with Jigsaw Australia, a social enterprise that trains and transitions people with disability into open employment. Their digitisation business provides training, work experience and award-wage employment to people with disability while delivering results to over 100 government and corporate clients. In the past she was a gymnast herself, and prior to her corporate roles she worked as a coach and judge in Women Artistic Gymnastics, as well as enjoying involvement in State, National and International Gymnastics events as an announcer.

Sarah joins the Board with extensive experience across business strategy, sales and marketing optimisation, and growth objectives. In addition, she comes with large amounts of energy for change management and execution of plans for successful outcomes.

She shares Gymnastics Australia’s vision of enriching lives through gymnastics and is very passionate about ensuring safe learning environments for the promotion, development and growth of gymnastics for the enjoyment of all.
